Lawns Borders & Landscapes started providing top quality Lawn Service, Mowing, Landscaping and Stonework in McKinney in February 2002. We are currently celebrating our 10th year in business and want to “Thank” all our past and present customers who have helped make us who we are today. We look forward to visiting and helping our new customers going forward. I maintain a customer base of 100 – 150 customers, this allows me to maintain the quality of service we are able to perform and to develop one on one relationships with all my customers. I am on-site for every project that we do, this allows for known customer expectations, effective communication and the ability to monitor and assist in the work being performed.

Over the last 10 years I have built this business by practicing 3 things my parents and grandparents taught me as I was growing up: 1) do what you say your going to do/be there when you say your going to be there, 2) never cut corners, always do the best work and use the best materials, 3) charge a fair price for the work or service you provide and 4) always be available for people when they need you. About Us

We service both residential and commercial customers. Lawns, Borders & Landscapes is a full service  lawn care, landscape and stonework company located in McKinney, Texas. Our primary service area includes McKinney, Allen, Plano, Frisco, Prosper and Melissa, Tx. We are a 10 year member of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce, licensed through the Texas Department of Agriculture for 7 years and a 3 year A+ member with the North Dallas Better Business Bureau.

We use commercial grade equipment: Toro and Hustler mowers, Stihl edgers, trimmers and blowers, Corona pruners and all our equipment is less than 2 years in age. We consistently perform preventative maintenance on all our equipment, trailers and trucks. My staff and I have over 30 years combined experience and all employees are uniformed. When we are servicing your property we can do quality work with quality equipment and look good while doing it.

All our trees, shrubs, flowers and plants are acquired locally from 1 of 3 places, either Oakstreet Nursery located here in McKinney, Texas, from North Texas Palms and Pottery located here in McKinney, Texas  or from Shades of Green Nursery located in Frisco, Texas. All our stone, rock, topsoil, sand and mulch is acquired from JBS Express located here in McKinney, Texas. Our Bermuda, St. Augustine and Zoysia sod is acquired from A1 Grass either in Plano, Texas or Prosper, Texas.

Our clients include a broad spectrum of homeowners and business professionals. The majority of our work is provided to homeowners but we also provide work for commercial contractors, realtors, builders, apartment complexes, shopping centers and local schools.
